The Board of Directors of ( IFBC ) Meeting

On 8th July 2026 , at the Council’s headquarters, chaired by ( Mr. Adham Al Fakhar – Advisor to the Prime Minister ) , with the participation of :

• Ms. Ghadeer Al-Attar – Board Member
• Mrs. Roaa Raad Alhassany – Board Member
• Mr. Maythem Al-Asadi – Board Member
• Mrs. Rasha Nadeem – Board Member
• Mr. Thamir Al- Amiry – IFBC Member
• Mrs. Nahla JAJO-LEGRAND – IFBC Honorary Member

The meeting focused on several strategic priorities aimed at strengthening economic cooperation between Iraq and France, including:

• Reviewing the outcomes of the IFBC delegation’s recent visit to France and the cooperation agreements established with a number of leading French institutions.

• Discussing the ongoing preparations and coordination for the ( Iraqi-French Forum ) , scheduled to take place in Paris , September 2026.

• Exploring new initiatives to further strengthen the partnership between the two countries, with a particular focus on increasing non-oil bilateral trade across various sectors.


The IFBC remains committed to building sustainable economic partnerships, expanding investment opportunities, and creating new avenues for collaboration between the Iraqi and French private sectors.
