Iraqi–French Business Council Hosts Bureau Veritas Iraq to Strengthen Strategic Cooperation

On Tuesday, 26 August 2025, the Iraqi–French Business Council hosted Mr. Luay Mahmood, Country Manager of Bureau Veritas in Iraq—a leading French company specializing in testing, inspection, certification, and quality assurance. Founded in 1828, the company operates in more than 140 countries worldwide.

The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration and discussing a proposed workshop for Council members to introduce the company’s services and highlight how they can support the diverse projects of members.

This engagement reflects the Council’s ongoing commitment to strengthening partnerships with reputable international organizations and providing its members with valuable opportunities to enhance and grow their projects.
