Graciously hosted by council member (Mr. Dhikwan Al-Saffar) for His Excellency the French Ambassador (Patrick Durel), to discuss ways to enhance economic cooperation between Nineveh Governorate and French companies.

Graciously hosted by (Dr. Hana Al-Asadi – Deputy Minister of Planning), to discuss the mechanisms for activating the French loan to Iraq, the details of government contract terms and standard documents, as well as the procedures for granting licenses to establish specialized testing laboratories for various types of businesses, services, and product.

Baghdad (20/01/2025) Graciously hosted by (His Excellency the French Ambassador to Iraq – Patrick Durel) at his residence, to discuss the prospects of business development and enhancing economic cooperation between Iraq and France.

Graciously hosted by (Dr. Bashar Nima – General Manager of Sawa Group for International Marketing and Import) and the head of the (Pharmaceutical Industries Sector at the council), with the council’s members, had the honor of meeting with (Dr. Nima Abdul Jabbar – founder of Sawa group), who kindly provided an overview of the company’s history and its distinguished activities in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

Graciously hosted by His Excellency (Mr. Ahmed Al-Asadi – Minister of Labor and Social Affairs) and in the presence of the esteemed general directors at the ministry, (Mr. Kareem Hashem – Director General of Information Technology) and (Mr. Osama Majeed – Director General of the Ministry of Labor), along with the council’s members and the senior staff from the ministry, the meeting discussed (social security obligations for companies), (foreign labor), (labor law), and outlined the Minister’s vision regarding the current situation and future of the country’s economy and the role of the private sector in its development

A meeting was held attended by (Mr. Bilal Al-Saghir – Resident Representative of the International Finance Corporation) at the council’s headquarters, with the presence of a distinguished group of the council members. Discussing the (mechanisms and regulations of the international institution) for financing (the projects of the council members’ companies – private sector) in Iraq.

In the presence of the board directors’ members, (Mr. Hussein Al-Bayati – CEO of Careem Taxi App in Iraq) was hosted at the council’s headquarters, to discuss opportunities for cooperation and the provision of their services to the Council’s members.

Hosted graciously by (Mr. Kareem Hamadi – Chairman of the Iraqi Media Network) and in the presence of the council’s members, the meeting focused on discussing proposals for the establishment of a media city based on an investment approach. Additionally, the creation of a television program dedicated to showcasing the council’s achievements and the private companies of its members was proposed.

A meeting was held attended by the board directors’ members, for the Prime Minister’s Committee Which Dedicated to the organization of delivery companies and the adoption of electronic payment systems within digital applications, and establishing the service economy as one of the primary pillars of the nation’s economic.

A meeting was held at the council’s headquarters, attended by (Mr. Laurent Estrade – Head of the Economic Department) and (Mr. Arjoun Raj – Deputy Head of the Economic Department), with the board directors present. Featured constructive discussions regarding (French loan), mechanisms for activating them across various business sectors and about the French delegation to Iraq.
