French Ambassador Hosts Reception for Council Delegation to Celebrate Achievements and Strengthen Iraq-France Economic Ties

His Excellency the French Ambassador hosted a reception at his residence for the council’s delegation to Paris, returning to Iraq. Attended by (Mrs. Dunya Al-chalabi – Total Energy) and a distinguished group of prominent businessmen and businesswomen. Highlighting the achievements of the largest business delegation’s visit to, along with the French government’s support for the development of economic relations between the two countries.

Minister of Agriculture Hosts Council’s Agricultural Delegation to Discuss Future Cooperation with French Institutions

A gracious reception by His Excellency (Dr. Abbas Jabr Al-Maliki – Minister of Agriculture) for the council’s agricultural delegation, at the ministry’s headquarters. Attended by (Dr. Mahdi Al-Jubouri – the Ministry’s Deputy) focused on discussing future cooperation mechanisms with the Business Council and ways to activate available opportunities within the ministry for partnerships with relevant French institutions.

Chairman of Trade Bank of Iraq Hosts Council to Discuss Economic Cooperation

Hosted graciously by (Mr. Bilal Al-Hamdani – Chairman of the Trade Bank of Iraq – TBI) for our council members, discussing mechanisms for cooperation with the Business Council and proposed key suggestions for activating economic relations between Iraq and France. Additionally, the meeting involved exchanging ideas on how to benefit from the facilities offered for economic development.

Council Meets ICC Director to Discuss Accreditation Opportunities with Al-Turath University

Honored to hold a meeting with (Ms. Mary Kelly – Director of National Committees and Membership at International Chamber of Commerce) to discuss opportunities for cooperation and the provision of their services to the Council’s members. Addressing the possibility of obtaining accreditation for the curricula of the International Chamber of Commerce at (Al-Turath University).
