On Tuesday, 26 August 2025, the Iraqi–French Business Council hosted Mr. Luay Mahmood, Country Manager of Bureau Veritas in Iraq—a leading French company specializing in testing, inspection, certification, and quality assurance. August 21, 2025 As part of strengthening economic cooperation between Iraq and France, a coordination meeting was held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Paris.
