His Excellency ( Mr. Adel Dakhil Al-Yassiry – Chairman of the National Investment Commission ), received a delegation from the Iraqi\u2013French Business Council (IFBC), headed by ( Mr. \u0623\u062f\u0647\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0641\u062e\u0627\u0631<\/strong><\/a> – Chairman of the Council ) , at the headquarters of the National Investment Commission ( NIC ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting was attended by ( Eng. Salar Mohammed Amin – Deputy Chairman of the National Investment Commission ) , along with the following members of the IFBC delegation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Mr. Bassam Al-Ateia<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 IFBC Board Member
– Mr. Ghadeer Al-Attar \u2013 IFBC Board Member
– Mr. Muqdad Aljuboori<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 IFBC Board Member
– Mr. Wamid Al-Yasiri \u2013 Council Member
– Mr. Saad Al-Nuaimi \u2013 Council Member
– Dr. Bashar Neamah<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Council Member
– Mr. Mohammed Shakir \u2013 Council Member
– Mr. Thikwan Al-Saffar \u2013 Council Member
– Mr. Yusry Yunis<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Council Member<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting focused on strengthening economic and investment partnerships between Iraq and France, as well as exploring mechanisms to attract French companies and investors to the Iraqi market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discussions also addressed mechanisms for promoting Iraqi investment opportunities across a number of strategic sectors, including transportation, industrial cities, digital industries, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, agriculture and livestock, logistics, higher education, and the Development Road Project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening the role of the Iraqi private sector and developing partnerships with French institutions and companies, with the aim of supporting sustainable economic development and contributing to the growth of the national economy across all governorates of Iraq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, the Iraqi\u2013French Business Council also had the honor of presenting an ( Honorary Membership Certificate ) to His Excellency ( Mr. Adel Al-Yassiry – Chairman of the National Investment Commission ) , in recognition of his role in supporting investment and strengthening economic cooperation between Iraq and France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
