{"id":7736,"date":"2026-07-09T10:17:25","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T10:17:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ifbc-iq.com\/?p=7736"},"modified":"2026-07-09T10:17:26","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T10:17:26","slug":"ifbc-participates-in-the-delphi-economic-forum-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ifbc-iq.com\/ar\/ifbc-participates-in-the-delphi-economic-forum-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"IFBC Participates in the Delphi Economic Forum 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 6\u20137th June 2026, ( Delphi Economic Forum ) was held in Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, under the patronage of ( Mr. Bafel Jalal Talabani ) &#8211; President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), and ( Mr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/qubadtalabani\/\">Qubad Talabani<\/a> ) &#8211; Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).<br><br>The forum brought together an esteemed gathering of ministers, members of parliament, government officials, business leaders, and heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.<br><br>Discussions focused on strengthening economic cooperation, advancing development initiatives, and exploring new investment opportunities across key sectors.<br><br>The event was attended by ( Eng. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/adham-al-fakhar-25b077178\/\">\u0623\u062f\u0647\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0641\u062e\u0627\u0631<\/a> &#8211; Advisor to the Prime Minister of Iraq ), together with members of the Council and Board of Directors:<br><br>\u2022 Mrs. Zina Yaqoub Yousif &#8211; Board of Directors<br>\u2022 Eng. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kanar-rash-a9666a91\/\">Kanar Rash<\/a> Kawa &#8211; Council Member<br>\u2022 Mrs. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/roaa-raad-alhassany-442709363\/\">Roaa Raad Alhassany<\/a> &#8211; Board of Directors<br><br>During the forum, we had the honor of meeting with ( Mr. Bafel Talabani ) and ( Mr. Qubad Talabani ) to discuss mechanisms for enhancing joint investment opportunities with the private sector in the Kurdistan Region, leveraging infrastructure capabilities, and investing in highly skilled human capital.<br><br>On the sidelines of the forum, a series of productive meetings were held with:<br><br>\u2022 Mr. Farouq Mulla Mustafa \u2013 Chairman of Faruk Holding Group, to discuss prospects for mutual cooperation.<br><br>\u2022 Dr. Mohammed Tamim \u2013 Former Minister of Planning and Member of Parliament.<br><br>\u2022 Lieutenant General ( Dr. Omar Adnan Al-Waeli ) \u2013 Head of the Border Ports Commission.<br><br>\u2022 H.E.
