Iraqi–French Business Council (IFBC) at the Slemani Summit 2026

The Iraqi–French Business Council , headed by ( Mr.Adham Al Fakhar, Co-Chairman of the Council, participated in the Slemani Summit, held on 17–18 September 2026, following a kind invitation from the organizers.

The following members of the Council were also in attendance:

– Ms. Roaa Raad Alhassany – Board of Directors Member
– Mr. Ghadeer Al-Attar – Board of Directors Member
– Mr. Bassam Al-Ateia – Board of Directors Member
– Mr. Saad Al-Nuaimi – Council Member
– Mr. Thamir Al-Amiri – Council Member
– Dr. Hanadi Altawil, Doctorate Degree – Council Member

The Council’s participation was aimed at strengthening its presence in national economic and investment forums and contributing to discussions on investment opportunities and economic partnerships, in addition to exploring avenues for cooperation and the exchange of expertise among the various participating entities and institutions.

The Summit was inaugurated by ( His Excellency the President of the Republic of Iraq, Eng. Nizar Amidi ) , in the presence of a number of officials and economic figures.

The Summit provided an important platform for addressing a number of issues and topics related to the economy, investment, and development
