Iraqi-French Energy Forum | 14 October 2025

The Iraqi-French Energy Forum was held on 14 October 2025 at Coral Palace Hall, organized by the Iraqi-French Business Council in collaboration with TotalEnergies, and attended by a high-level French delegation representing leading companies in the energy, oil, and gas sectors, including:

EVOLEN, Schneider Electric, Parlym Consulting, VINCI Energies, CIRA, Wave Energies, SPIE, SeaOwl Group, ANOTECH,Inter360° Group, TotalEnergies

The forum also witnessed the presence of the French Embassy in Iraq, represented by Mr. Estrade Laurent , Head of the Economic Section.

The sessions provided a valuable platform for dialogue between French companies and Council members, discussing opportunities for joint investment, knowledge exchange in renewable energy, development of oil and gas projects, and energy infrastructure in Iraq.

Participants emphasized the importance of Iraqi–French partnerships in supporting sustainable development and enhancing the investment environment in the energy sector.

The forum highlighted the pivotal role of Iraqi companies in the energy sector, fostering new investment opportunities and driving innovative projects that contribute to Iraq’s sustainable growth and notable achievements.
