Kamel Al-Hamdani & Fourth Dimension Engineering: Advancing Iraq’s Infrastructure

The French-Iraqi Business Council proudly highlights Kamel Al-Hamdani, CEO of Fourth Dimension Contracting & Engineering and a valued Council member.

Under his leadership, Fourth Dimension is executing the Twin-Level Bridge Link Project in Baghdad—connecting the suspended bridge (Al-Jisr Al-Muallaq) to the double-deck bridge near the Green Zone. This vital infrastructure aims to ease traffic congestion and enhance access to central Baghdad.

The project, coordinated with the Iraqi government, is set for completion by the end of 2025 and recently received a site visit from Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, emphasizing its national importance.
